Faith Kids' Club

April is an exciting month. There is new life everywhere. Our trees are budding, the birds are chirping and flowers are blooming. The weather is still very unpredictable so continue to send jackets/sweaters to school with your children.

TNT in our newly renovated Wold Hall Youth Center – This youth group is for 4th – 7th graders and is a free outreach ministry of St. Olaf Lutheran Church. Join us for dinner, fun and fellowship.6:00pm – 7:30pm.

Firecrackers Youth Group for Kindergarten – 3rd graders. Come join us as we eat and have some crazy fun together. This is a free outreach ministry of St. Olaf Lutheran Church and takes place on the first Monday of every month. Food, fun and fellowship from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.

Sunday School – Did you know that your children are invited to Sunday School at St. Olaf? All you need to do is register them so we have your information and then bring them on Sunday mornings. It’s from 9:30a.m. to 10:15a.m.Call Pastor Tony for more information. 714-534-2329

Coming May 23rd – 26th – HELP!!!! Lots of volunteers are needed to run our Goldfish Booth at the Strawberry Festival. Please consider volunteering a few hours of your time over this long holiday weekend. Sign ups will start soon and any and all help is greatly appreciated. No experience necessary. This is our biggest fund raising event of the year with the funds raised going to many different ministries of St. Olaf, including our school.

Parking Lot Safety

We had a “smash & dash” in our Lampson parking lot in November. Childcare Centers are a popular place for this to happen. Thieves know that parents are in a rush when picking up and dropping off and a lot of parents don’t bring their purses in with them. It’s very easy to pull into a parking lot, see someone leave their car without a purse, wait for them to get through the gate, smash a window and grab and go. It’s a matter of seconds and your life is turned upside down. Bring your valuables in with you.
