Janet Santiago
Parish Administrator - churchinfo@stolaflc.org

I’m the oldest of six children who reside in Southern California with the exception of one sister who lives in Mesa, AZ. Raised in Pico Rivera, I attended both Catholic grade school and high school. Married and divorced young and was single for 30 years! I lived and worked in the San Francisco Bay area for 10 years in the 80’s and then moved again out of state to Prescott AZ, from 1995 through 2005 where I was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church of the ELCA. I served as a church council member as well as head of the Evangelism small group. I returned to Southern California in early 2006 to care for my elderly father who was showing the first signs of dementia. He how has full time care as his condition has worsened.

I met the love of my life, Ed Santiago in late 2006. As you can imagine I thought I’d remain single forever….but God had wonderful plans for me! Ed and I married in August of 2007 and honeymooned in Puerto Rico. We reside in La Mirada with our yellow lab Axel and two feline sisters, Salt & Pepper. Ed is employed as a Safety Manager for an electronics company, also in La Mirada. Ed has one son, Gilbert, who lives and works in Los Angeles.

For fun, Ed and I love to dance especially salsa, cha cha cha! This past May we took a cruise to Mexico and the highlight of the trip for us was being able to dance every night.
